AyuAgent is an AI-powered conversational co-pilot designed to streamline patient intake and prioritize triage alerts for medical clinics. It is NOT a licensed medical practitioner and does NOT provide autonomous medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or emergency interventions. Users experiencing life-threatening emergencies must dial local medical services (e.g., 112, 108) immediately.
By configuring Telegram bots or WhatsApp endpoints on AyuAgent, clinics agree to adhere to respective third-party policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Actions causing endpoint bans are the sole responsibility of the client.
We aim for 99.4% service availability. However, service disruptions resulting from partner APIs (Meta, Telegram, database providers) or network issues are subject to service level exclusions detailed in the client agreements.
