We collect patient communication logs, phone/contact tokens, language selections, and medical symptom descriptions sent to AyuAgent bots via the Telegram and WhatsApp APIs. All conversations are analyzed strictly to route clinical triage statuses to doctors.
AyuAgent runs on a secure multi-tenant architecture. Patient data, medical reports, and dashboard logs are isolated using dedicated database schemas. Only authorized doctors and administrative personnel verified by clinic credentials have access.
Meta API fees for message delivery are handled directly between the clinic and Meta. AyuAgent software handles webhook telemetry and does not store or process payment records.
